3 확장프로그램이 전송하는 정보
확장프로그램은 네이버 스포츠 페이지에서만 동작합니다. 해당 페이지의 댓글 수를 보여주기 위해 현재 페이지 주소를 서버에 보내지만, 이 요청은 계정과 연결하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 기사 주소와 제목은 이용자가 댓글을 작성할 때에만 댓글과 함께 저장됩니다. 기사 본문과 다른 웹사이트의 방문 기록은 수집하지 않습니다.
4 보유 및 이용 기간
개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴하면 작성한 댓글·반응·북마크·신고·알림 기록을 포함해 즉시 파기합니다. 다만 다른 이용자의 답글이 달린 댓글은 대화 흐름을 유지하기 위해 내용과 작성자 정보를 지우고 "탈퇴한 사용자의 댓글입니다."라는 문구로만 남기며, 이 문구에는 탈퇴한 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보가 포함되지 않습니다. 호스팅 서버의 접속 기록은 호스팅 사업자의 정책에 따라 일정 기간 보관된 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
5 제3자 제공 및 공개되는 정보
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요청하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
작성한 댓글과 닉네임·프로필 사진·레벨은 서비스의 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 익명 댓글은 닉네임과 프로필 사진이 표시되지 않습니다.
6 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스는 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 위탁받는 업체의 서버가 국외에 있어 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

이전 일시와 방법: 서비스 이용 시점에 암호화된 네트워크(HTTPS)로 전송됩니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 회원가입을 하지 않거나 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 이 경우 댓글 작성 등 회원 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
7 소셜 로그인
카카오·네이버·구글 로그인을 이용하면 해당 회사로부터 제1항의 소셜 로그인 항목만 전달받습니다. 서비스는 각 회사의 비밀번호를 알 수 없으며, 이용자는 각 회사의 계정 설정에서 언제든 Insight Side와의 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다. 서로 다른 로그인 방식으로 가입한 계정은 별개의 계정으로 취급됩니다.
8 쿠키, 브라우저 저장소 및 추적
- 웹사이트는 로그인 유지와 보안(CSRF 방지)을 위한 필수 쿠키만 사용하며, 다크모드 설정은 이용자 브라우저의 저장소에만 보관합니다.
- 확장프로그램은 로그인 토큰과 화면 설정(사이드바 자동 열기 등)을 이용자 브라우저의 확장프로그램 저장소에만 보관합니다. 로그아웃하거나 확장프로그램을 삭제하면 지워집니다.
- 분석·광고용 추적 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.
- 웹페이지의 글꼴을 Google Fonts에서 불러오며, 이 과정에서 Google에 IP 주소가 전달될 수 있습니다.
9 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 닉네임과 프로필은 프로필 화면에서 직접 수정할 수 있고, 회원 탈퇴는 확장프로그램의 프로필 설정 또는 웹사이트 마이페이지에서 즉시 할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주시면 본인 확인 후 10일 이내에 처리합니다.
10 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 데이터베이스에서 삭제하며, 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다.
11 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 비밀번호는 복호화할 수 없는 방식(일방향 암호화)으로 저장합니다.
- 로그인 토큰에 유효 기간을 두며(접속 토큰 1일, 갱신 토큰 7일), 로그아웃 시 갱신 토큰을 무효화합니다.
- 관리자 페이지 접근은 운영자 계정으로 제한합니다.
12 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입 사실을 확인하면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

1 Information We Collect

We do not collect your email address, phone number, real name or date of birth.
2 How We Use Information
- To identify members, keep you signed in and prevent abuse
- To provide features such as writing and reading comments, reactions, bookmarks and notifications
- To calculate reputation scores and levels
- To handle reports and restrict accounts that violate our policies
- To respond to inquiries and resolve disputes
3 What the Extension Sends
The extension runs only on Naver Sports pages. To show the number of comments on a page, it sends the current page URL to our server; this request is not linked to your account and is not stored. An article's URL and title are stored only when you write a comment on it. We do not collect article text or your activity on other websites.
4 Retention
We keep your information until you delete your account. When you delete your account, we immediately delete it, including your comments, reactions, bookmarks, reports and notifications. However, if other users have replied to one of your comments, we keep the conversation by erasing its content and author and leaving only the text "This comment was written by a deleted user.", which contains nothing that identifies you. Access logs on the hosting server are kept for a limited period under the hosting provider's policy and then deleted automatically.
5 Sharing and Public Information
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except when required by law, such as a lawful request from an investigative authority.
Your comments, nickname, profile picture and level are visible to other users. Anonymous comments do not show your nickname or profile picture.
6 Service Providers and International Transfer
We use the following service providers. Their servers are located outside Korea, so your information is transferred abroad.

Data is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you use the Service. If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to sign up or delete your account; member features such as commenting will then be unavailable.
7 Social Login
When you sign in with Kakao, Naver or Google, we receive only the social login items listed in Section 1. We never see your password for those services, and you can disconnect Insight Side at any time in your account settings with each provider. Accounts created with different login methods are treated as separate accounts.
8 Cookies, Browser Storage and Tracking
- The website uses only essential cookies for keeping you signed in and for security (CSRF protection), and keeps your dark mode setting only in your browser's storage.
- The extension stores your login tokens and display settings (such as auto-opening the sidebar) only in your browser's extension storage. They are removed when you sign out or uninstall the extension.
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Web pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may send your IP address to Google.
9 Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, or deletion of your account, at any time. You can edit your nickname and profile on your profile screen, and delete your account immediately from the extension's profile settings or the website's My Page. For other requests, email us at the address below; we will verify your identity and handle the request within 10 days.
10 Deletion Procedure
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we promptly delete the information from our database in a way that cannot be recovered.
11 Security Measures
- All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.
- Login tokens expire (access token: 1 day, refresh token: 7 days), and the refresh token is revoked when you sign out.
- Access to the admin page is limited to operator accounts.
12 Children Under 14
The Service is available only to users aged 14 or older, and we do not collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that a child under 14 has signed up, we will delete the information promptly.
