Purpose and Definitions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Insight Side Chrome extension and associated web platforms.

• "Service": The Insight Side Chrome extension and connected web platforms (insightarenas.com, etc.)
• "User": Any individual who installs or uses the Service
• "Content": Any comments, opinions, or material posted by users within the Service

Eligibility and Account

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You are at least 14 years of age
• You have read and agree to these Terms
• You will provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Posting defamatory, harassing, or abusive content toward others
• Using hate speech, discriminatory language, or profanity
• Sending spam or repeatedly posting commercial content
• Disclosing another person's personal information without consent
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Posting content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• Spreading false information or engaging in fraud
• Posting content harmful to minors
• Promoting illegal gambling or adult content

Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting to the Service, you grant the operator a non-exclusive license to:

• Use, reproduce, and distribute your content for service operation purposes
• Analyze and utilize content for service improvement
• Remove content that violates Community Guidelines

The operator does not store or republish third-party news articles or sports content without authorization.

Operator Rights and Actions

To maintain a healthy service environment, the operator may:

• Remove or hide content that violates these Terms
• Issue warnings, suspend, or permanently delete accounts of violating users
• Temporarily suspend the Service for technical or operational reasons
• Modify, add, or remove service features

Service Availability and Changes

The operator may temporarily suspend or terminate the Service due to:

• Maintenance, upgrades, or repairs
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)
• Operational policy requirements

Service termination will be announced at least 30 days in advance where possible.

Disclaimer of Liability

The operator is not liable for:

• Disputes between users or damages caused by user-posted content
• Direct or indirect damages from use of the Service (except in cases of willful misconduct)
• Service restrictions caused by policy changes of third-party platforms (e.g., Naver)
• Damages from interruption of free services

Reporting and Contact

If you encounter inappropriate content or accounts, you can:

The operator will review and act on reports within 72 hours of receipt.

Amendments

The operator may update these Terms as necessary, with at least 7 days' advance notice via in-service announcement or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
